Ronald Denaux (Expert System Iberia) presented xLiMe on 4th of July during the META-FORUM 2016 in Lisbon.

META-FORUM 2016 is an international conference on powerful and innovative language technologies for the multilingual information society, the data value chain and the European multilingual Digital Single Market. META-FORUM is a conference series organised by META-NET, a European network of excellence that consists of 60 research centres in 34 European countries. After Brussels (2010, 2012), Budapest, (2011), Berlin (2013) and Riga (2015), META-FORUM 2016 will take place in Lisbon, Portugal, on July 4/5. The xLiMe project will be presented on July 4 as a short (10 minute) presentation as part of the "Text Analytics and Curation Technologies for the Mltilingual Digital Single Market" session and as a poster throughout the day. 

Nicu Sebe at CVPR'16 in Las Vegas

Nicu Sebe (UNITN) will be attending CVPR'16 in Las Vegas, USA, which takes place from June 26th to July 1st. A recent work from his group MHUG "Recognizing Emotions From Abstract Paintings Using Non-Linear Matrix Completion" will be presented there as an oral. Check out more details about this work here.

Best Demo Award at ICWE2016
